Secure Packaging
Place the item in its original, unopened packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding.

Attach Label
Print and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package.

Drop Off
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
